Q: How do I request a quote or place an order for the Agilent Pathology products going forward?

Starting from January 2023, please contact your local Agilent sales representative (Yuli You) for all new quotes and order requests. Please update your vendor records to reflect the new Agilent information:

SERVICE

Q: How long will it take to get an engineer on-site to repair an instrument?

Agilent provides remote technical support to help customers correctly diagnose an issue or to rectify, when possible. When the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our response times are:

  • Instruments covered by Service agreement or under warranty: to adhere to the agreed response times stated in the contract with existing vendor
  • Trade customers: 3-5 business days
