Q: How long will it take to get an engineer on-site to repair an instrument?

Agilent provides remote technical support to help customers correctly diagnose an issue or to rectify, when possible. When the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our response times are:

• Instruments covered by an Agilent service agreement or under Warranty: 2-4 business days
• Trade customers: 5-7 business days
